RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All products purchased at the website Happy and Smiles / Smiles Physical store cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only.

EXCHANGE FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe that your product is defective, please contact Happy and Smiles at support@happyandsmiles.com or phone/WhatsApp at +852-64698816 to request for exchange.

 

If Happy and Smiles determines that the product is defective and you are eligible to exchange your product, please follow our instructions and send back your product and original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment. Happy and Smiles must receive your payment within 5 calendar days or your order will be cancelled. Happy and Smiles targets to ship your fully paid orders within 7 to 10 calendar days. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Happy and Smiles’s control once it leaves our facilities, Happy and Smiles cannot be held liable for late deliveries.
 

Happy and Smiles products are subject to Hong Kong and international export control laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with such export laws and regulations.


As Happy and Smiles takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the Site, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact Happy and Smiles at support@happyandsmiles.com or phone/WhatsApp at +852-64698816 to resolve.

 

Orders shall be sent by SF Express / Pickkup / Jumppoint

All orders are delivered in working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) .

The usual delivery time is 2-5 working days after dispatched.

 

If you prefer SF Station or EF Locker self pick-up:

Please provide your SF Station/ EF Locker address & code at check-out.  Check here for your nearest SF store details.

Generally, it takes about 7 to 10 working days to ship after placing an order, but the delivery time depends on the shipping company.

Pre-order:

Due to the impact of the epidemic, the arrival of goods and the shipping time may be affected, and all orders cannot be guaranteed to be delivered on time. Note - Products that need to be pre-ordered will be specially marked, and those that are not mentioned will be sold in stock.

Hong Kong

 

Free shipping for purchases over HKD$1000 in Hong Kong.

If the purchase is less than $1000, customers can choose to pay for shipping cost in advance or freight collect.

If the customer purchases pre-ordered products, they will be shipped only after all the products have arrived. If the customer wishes to ship the in-stock products separately, please contact the store before placing an order.

If the customer chooses to ship separately after shopping for more than $1000, they can only enjoy the free shipping offer once. The extra shipping fee for separate shipping will be borne by the customer.

After purchasing in-stock products, it takes about 7-10 working days to ship.

 

Taiwan

 

In accordance with the regulations announced by the Taiwan Customs Administration of the Ministry of Finance, all products shipped to Taiwan must provide the recipient's Taiwan ID number and other information. If the customer cannot provide it, the related products cannot be delivered.

如購物未滿$1000,顧客可以選擇先支付運費(預先報價)或以順豐到付模式支付

如顧客選購預購產品,將會待全部商品到貨後才出貨,如顧客希望先將現貨商品分開出貨,請在下單前聯絡本店

如顧客購物後滿$1000後選擇分開出貨,只能享用免運費優惠1次,分開出貨所增加的費由用顧客承擔。

購買現貨商品後,出貨所需時間約7-10個工作天。

 

因應台灣財政部關務署公告規定,所有寄往台灣之商品必須提供收件人台灣身份證號碼等資料,如客人無法提供,恕未能將有關商品送達。
